Specializing in Hurdles and Speed Development

ELITE COACHING

I have developed a program, where I bring together my joy of hurdling and 25 years of coaching experience, focusing on the details of proper hurdle mechanics and speed development to improve performance in a positive environment. Two years ago, I started working with athletes to prepare for the USATF Junior Olympics National Meet and the National U20 competition. This has been an exciting extension to the high school season to which I feel privileged to be part of. Because of this need for coaching, I have developed and launched my private and small group program for middle and high school athletes pre-season and for all of those interested in the summer USATF meets.

Meet Your Coachs

Randy Moore

Over my competitive career in High School and at the University of Oregon I was blessed with some amazing coaches that had a big impact not only on my development as a hurdler, but also on me personally. When I started coaching, I wanted to create the same environment which fosters both athletic and personal growth. I have had success over the years with many of my athletes enjoying State podium finishes and several going on to compete at the collegiate level.

Randy and I have worked closely together for years.  During my high school career, Randy helped me mature as both an athlete and a person while we chased ambitious goals on the track.  I never doubted the plans that Randy and I formulated for my success.  Now, as a collegiate athlete, I still view Randy as a mentor and valuable partner in my quest to get faster.

Coach Randy's training and support shaped my entire high school experience. His unwavering dedication and care towards his athletes growth, both on and off the track, created an environment where we could thrive and achieve our goals. I have no doubt that his coaching was instrumental in our success, and could not recommend his programs more highly.

Coach Randall Moore's program has the perfect combination of technical observation and individual support. His expertise caters to all track and field atheleyes and fosters continuous improvement. He generously contributed to the Division 1 athalete I am today.

Let’s Connect

Olivia Allen

I am currently a sophomore at Villanova University with a specialty in the 400-meter hurdles. During my time in college so far, I have become a 2x BIG EAST conference champion in both the 400mh and the 4x400, ranked 6th in school history in the intermediate hurdles, competed in my 3rd USATF U20 Championships, and compiled total of four All-BIG EAST honors. During my time at South Eugene High School, I finished 2nd at the OSAA State Championships in the 300mh, setting the school record, and 3rd in the 100mh. I also spent some time living in Texas, where I was a UIL Texas State Meet finalist.  I am excited to introduce hurdling to young athletes.
